Creating consistent navigation bar for all webpages
A consistent navigation bar improves user experience by providing easy navigation and strengthens brand identity across all pages. It also simplifies maintenance and supports responsive design for better usability.

Details
The navigation bar is not consistent across all webpages. This affects user experience by making it harder to navigate through the site. Please ensure that the navigation bar remains the same on all pages for better usability, brand consistency, and ease of maintenance.

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit the homepage.
Navigate to other pages (e.g., About, Contact).
Observe the differences in the navigation bar structure or styling.

Priority: High

@subin-shk,
Great observation, assigning you the issue. Just a quick question, do suggest which navbar looks best for the website that you would be making consistent ?

Also just in case this navbar might impact another issue: #244 assigned to @poorvikaa08. Do make sure to have a discussion so both of you could work on your part.

The navbar in home page looks better to me.

And the background color for the items inside the navbar looks to be unecessary and unappealing.
