[GENERAL]Rent Now Button Functionality to Open User Details Form

Issue Description:

The "Rent Now" button in the container for the "Cab to Rent" section does not currently open a form for users to fill out their details for renting the cab. This functionality is essential to allow users to submit their information easily and proceed with the rental process.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the "Cab to Rent" section on the webpage.
Click on the "Rent Now" button.

Expected Result:

Upon clicking the "Rent Now" button, a modal or form should open so that user can fill up details to rent out cab.

Actual Result:

Currently, clicking the "Rent Now" button does not trigger any action or display a form for user input.
