Correct and Enhance Back-to-Top Button

The current Back-to-Top button is small and positioned on the left side of the site, which looks out of place. I want to reposition it to the right side and redesign it to be more informative and visually appealing, aligning with the website's overall theme.

Proposed Changes:

1. Position Correction:

• Move the Back-to-Top button from the left to the right side.

2. Design Enhancement:

• Increase the size for better visibility.
• Update the design to match the website theme with attractive icons or hover effects.
