I found code like this in index.html.

<html lang="en" class="ie9" <% if(config.files.manifest) { %> manifest="<%= config.files.manifest %>"<% } %>>

But this doesn't work well in ie9 browser.

In another way, I installed react-app-polyfill library.

I import 'react-app-polyfill/ie11'; I added this code to index.js but it's not working.

How can I check it in IE9 and 11 browsers?
