Sometimes when editing an entry there's a need to insert a new line between two that already exist.

Right now we can only add new lines at the end, which means you have to create a new line and copy down every line/speaker to make room for a new line above. It can be pretty annoying.

It would also, perhaps, be convenient if we could reorder existing lines in general. Either by clicking and dragging them around or perhaps with simple buttons?
