[Bug]: 如何知道是哪个程序在跑流量，就算“清除系统代理”，xray.exe还是会一直跑流量

预期情况

xray.exe一直跑流量下载

实际情况

系统代理设置为“清除系统代理”并重启服务了，xray.exe还是会一直跑流量，如何知道是哪个程序在通过xray.exe在下载东西，有没有类似于clash中“connetcions”页里类似的功能。

复现方法

只要打开v2rayN就会出现
