预期情况

订阅分组设置里改名字和添加新的订阅地址后，应该在分组立刻显示

实际情况

1.新增的地址只有更新订阅地址或启软件后才能显示；
2.更改别名的订阅地址只能重启软件后才能刷新显示。

复现方法

在 订阅分组→订阅分组设置 进行操作
