预期情况

如UI界面描述T U D B对应顶 上 下 底

实际情况

T对应置顶，功能正常
U实际对应下移
D实际对应置底
B实际对应上移

复现方法

在高级路由界面用键盘对规则进行移动

日志信息

无

额外信息

菜单的四个键鼠标点击上是没有错误的，顶 上 下 底都工作正常，仅键盘对应操作出错
