预期情况

以前的旧版本并不会

实际情况

新版本为何会强制勾选“请勿将代理服务器用于本地（Intranet）地址”

复现方法

启动代理，然后前往windows设置->代理服务器设置，发现“请勿将代理服务器用于本地（Intranet）地址”被强制勾选

建议可以增加参数，让用户决定是否启用此功能。

因为对于某些虚拟专用网络场景，让内网地址也经过代理是挺有用的。

比如代理服务器在公司，通过代理服务器作为跳板访问公司内网。
