[Bug]: 安装Python插件全局不能连接

Win10 Python3.8

实际情况

pip3 install pyinstaller

pip install openpyxl

pip install pywin32

安装这几个插件时不能连接，v2rayN有卡Bug退出过两次，忘记截图了。
