dask is one of the most popular things we offer, and we should document our set up some more.

How dask is provisioned (our daskhub chart)
Upgrading dask-gateway version when it comes out
Requirements for user images to work with dask-gateway
Default options we specify for dask-workers, and how users can customize them
Using spot / preemptible workers for dask
Debugging dask-gateway components
