Troubleshooting and interpreting error messages

Hi everyone,

We are using matterbridge more extensively and are running into some occasional errors that we would like to understand.
I checked the wiki but didn't find much info on general troubleshooting and usability.

Digging into the code seems like the only way to get more information but learning from the code isn't that straightforward either, so I would appreciate some help understanding some of the logged messages and what are our options when we see them.

I'll start with a few concerning Slack errors/messages.

1. is there any way to learn which of several Slack connections triggered the error?
2. is there anything I can do or configure to reduce or prevent these from happening?
3. if matterbridge hits such rate limit errors, the connection is lost - Can I trust that it will recover gracefully, resuming from the last synchronized message, or will messages sent while the bridge is in this state not be synchronized?
4. sometimes we see several of these messages in succession - is there any circumstance where these rates can be triggered across multiple workspaces?
5. are there known events that cause an increase or spike in requests from matterbridge that could trigger such message?

6. what causes this error? An attachment in Slack?
7. like above, how can I tell which workspace triggered this error?
8. is there any way to use the identifier to learn more about this error or to retrieve the file?

Not sure if @42wim sees the discussion here but if you read this, I would certainly appreciate your expertise and knowledge on the questions above.
