Describe the bug
I cant start webapp from Tomcat

To Reproduce
Followed all the steps to install dspace cris

Expected behavior
Start dspace cris

Related work
FAILURE - Failed to start application in context path [/server-cris-2024.02.00-SNAPSHOT]
FAILURE - Encountered exception [org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to start component [StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/server-cris-2024.02.00-SNAPSHOT]]]
