Implement a feature so that if it finds a specific # of "file already exists" in a row it will skip to the next URL to rip (if using rerip all)

Edit: also possibly implement a notification that tells you if a link is no longer valid. Example: Girl on reddit deletes her account. It will either remove the link automatically or inform you this is the case.
