Context

TS 26.517 clause 5.2.7 describes a Schedule Description metadata unit for MBS User Services that is conveyed as part of the MBS User Service Announcement.

Problem description

It is not clear how the Schedule Description is to be populated by the MBSF when compiling the MBS User Service Announcement.
