Description

In TS26.512 Table 11.2.3.1-1 Definition of ServiceAccessInformation resource the Metrics property in clientMetricsReporting Configurations should be written with a lower case "m": metrics. Otherwise it does not match the corresponding YAML definition:

Looks like a case of the dreaded MS Word autocorrect "feature"...

The property should appear as metrics (with lowercase initial) in table 11.2.3.1-1. That's easily fixed.

(Only wrong in Rel-17: the latest Rel-16 baseline is correct.)
