tooltip-template show lexer error and trying to resolve it as url.

I'm getting an unexpected token error when I set tooltip-template="Not Limited", but it doesn't show up when I set tooltip-template="Limited". Is this what you are getting as well?

This is my error:
Syntax Error: Token 'That' is an unexpected token at column 6 of the expression [This That] starting at [That].

This libary is not useable with this error ...
