Currently I'm using Microsoft Office 2021 (pict 1), but it seems the Presence unable to detect it. If you can improve this maybe I really appreciate that

Mine is also 2021 and it is working. It's likely that you went to see if it was working in Discord and it showed as "Not Active" because it was no longer focused (at least that's what I think, since when I focus to the Discord screen or any other screen/window, in Discord it shows as "Not Active", but if you put the Word and Discord screen/window next to each other with the Discord profile open and focus on the Word screen with an open document, it shows).
