Hello! Please add RPC support for Microsoft Publisher.

Unfortunately Microsoft Publisher cannot be supported as VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) does not exist for Microsoft Publisher

There may be alternative, yet inferior methods of supporting this software package, but will not be the main focus of this repo.

You may see a DiscordForPublisher soon

Making Publisher plugins is definitely possible. I'll have a lil think.
