Is it possible to create a dataset with different temporal frequencies?

This is a question I was asked by a user, It's probably a bad idea having different time dimensions in the same file, we should research this, then document why and add it either as a warning in the creating files, or in the CF conventions in tech.

Add note to create-intro stating that multiple time dimensions sometimes happen, but should be avoided where possible.
