Not sure if Im doing this right but I have had issues with this in the past. I toggled png info on(was off for a long time) and now it doenst turn off even when the check box is unchecked.

Is there a trick to turning this off? I've turned it on/off a couple of times in the past, though I know its gotten stuck before also. I've reset the UI, Restarted console app, and cleared/restart browser. Dont know why it ignores me.

yes this is a bug in 1.3.0 #10786
a PR has been merged
and is in current RC branch for 1.3.1

1.3.1 is out should be fixed
