版本发布问题 #23

Hi， @AbelChe 我看到commit message里面写了不少版本号，也看到很多不同的版本分支。

但是没有看到有release发布，也没有tag。

因为分支是可以修改的，tag通常是不修改的。release也是不修改的。不知道是否可以按照通常的业界开源规范，走正式的release版本发布呢？
