[BUG] SMS Enablement fails

What is broken?
We are getting "HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Server: nginx/1.18.0 Date: Sat, 26 Aug 2023 00:51:31 GMT Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8 Transfer-Encoding: chunked Connection: keep-alive X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff "Failed to find a client registration for 14254818500. Parsed as 14254818500. Please use the client/register endpoint to register a callback URL for this number and enable it for SMS service."" when SMS enabling a number for extension 25.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to FusuonPBX's Web Texting
2. Click on Update to SMS enabe an extension with a particular number
3. See error

Expected behavior
This extension should be registered for SMS routing with 14254818500.

Closing this issue. The primary issue was over the FusionPBX page having unclear button labeling and zero documentation.
