Formalise workflow for post-annotation processing of TIR-elements

Clustering workflow: Cluster and assign sub-families with CD-HIT.
Optimise element orientation within clusters and generate MSA.
Generate consensus sequence or HMM as reference for use with RM.
Update element GFF3 with cluster IDs
Graphic: Element length distribution
Graphic: Cluster abundance.
PFAM search for common TPase motifs in translated elements.
