On the HTML page side of things, ordering the tags in alphabetical order might be helpful. Especially for the parameter tags. Right now the order is basically oldest to newest, which doesn't really make sense when you're just looking something up or learning about it.
Originally I'd split them by "type". That is, parameters that require user input, the parameters that don't require any input (<builtin>). But as we get more, that will make less and less sense, and so we should probably figure out a different ordering. To me, alphabetical makes the most sense.
