Issue in /src/pages/develop/plugin-development/index.md

Hi,
I'd like to ask if (or just point out) there's any specific reason why Plugin Development > Plugin Structure > Manifest leads to Manifest v3 link (which would even explicitly point to v3 in the URL), while the latest is v4? This was little obfuscating at least to me.

This is deliberate as XD currently only works with the v3 manifest. We are in the process of adding support for v4 features.
