Images not centered

I used the image tag like this:

{% img center /images/SendForm.png 400 'Send Form' %}

but couldn't get my image centered.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I have a similar issue with not being able to choose the location of the image on the page (I wanted the image on the right side of the page). The following doesn't work for me.

{% img right /images/photo.jpg %}
