Twitter share button not showing on post page #30

When trying to config the twitter share button for posts, I am not able to do it.

Here is my config.yml for twitter:

# Twitter
twitter_user: mvoto
twitter_tweet_button: true

And this is what I am seeing on the page:

Would appreciate any help.
