players should be able to get rewards for logging in. data structure can probably be grabbed from magicon.

login bonuses should follow an X-day structure (7, 14, or 28 days).
login bonuses should reward a random assortment of gold, oats, collectibles [exclusive to login], resources [exclusive to login]
there should be events created that get their own bonuses content events #188
there should be buttons on the dashboard to claim from each active/available calendar
there should be a big reward for the last claim
