The Activity dates are mostly missing but the ones there don't adhere to the 1.04 standards. For example:

2005-07-02

Should be:

The date should be carried as an attribute within the brackets and not as text element.

Thanks @jharpster! The dates themselves are missing from the AMPs. We will fix the issue with the attributes/elements
