Howdy! A while ago there was an issue (#60) wherein images loaded in the browser were saved to the appdata\local\temp folder. It seems like a version of that has resurfaced, albeit a little differently. It still disregards the "Directory for temp images" setting in the webUI settings it looks like and dumps them into this folder again, but not just as images. It looks like a directory is created for each image, alongside an untyped 0-byte file with a random name (ex: "tmpnchb_qu7"). Not a tremendously huge deal, just a bit annoying having to clear the temp files periodically (the "Cleanup non-default temporary directory when starting webui" option appears to have no effect on these either). This occurs on the most recently released version at the time of writing.
