When trichlorocertane dismutates, the products should be dichlorocertane and certus tetrachloride, yet are dichlorocertane and certus crystal. That causes the loss of chlorine (and the valence of certus is magically decreased).
And when dichlorocertane dismutated, the products are correct, but not with the ratio.
So the correct recipes are:
2000mB Trichlorocertane → 1000mB Dichlorocertane + 1000mB Certus Tetrachloride
3000mB Dichlorocertane → 2000mB Chlorocertane + 1000mB Certus Tetrachloride
Alternative for the second recipe:
2000mB Dichlorocertane → 1000mB Chlorocertane + 1000mB Trichlorocertane
They should replace these current recipes:
2000mB Trichlorocertane → 1000mB Dichlorocertane + 1 certus crystal
2000mB Dichlorocertane → 1000mB Chlorocertane + 1000mB Certus Tetrachloride
