JavaException: JVM exception occurred: Fail to connect to camera service

Hi, friend. I am making an android application using kivy that requires the use of the camera, but when I run the app it loads for a few seconds and then it closes. In the logcat I get this error: JavaException: JVM exception occurred: Fail to connect to camera service.

I have seen that they solve the problem by using android.permissions. How can I install this library? I appreciate the help you can give me. I speak Spanish better than English, you can speak in any of those languages
