[PINNED] Registry Operator upkeep

I need to reserve a chunk of time to implement several requested features for the Operator and publish a new release.

Tasks in this epic may change based on priority & time:

• Add an option to skip creating a route/ingress apicurio-registry-operator#153
• The service created by the operator is missing the "port name" apicurio-registry-operator#149
• Setting custom truststore for Keycloak apicurio-registry-operator#148
• Allow/document setup of sql database via Secret apicurio-registry-operator#142
• Deploy HTTPS edge-terminated route in addition to HTTP apicurio-registry-operator#104
• Allow configuration for a TLS Ingress/Route to be created apicurio-registry-operator#90
• make it possible to add Java command line parameters apicurio-registry-operator#80
• Make it easier to support SSL apicurio-registry-operator#70
• Do a release to OperatorHub
