the blue marked area should be a beach
green is supposed to be bamboo jungle
brown is a river (this isnt a problem ig since its water)

active mods:
architecture api 9.2.14-forge
tectonic 2.3.4
xaero's map, minimap and plus for easier checking

I have the same problem. Seems like fabric doesn't have this problem.

Probably unfixable, but will investigate nevertheless.

I hope there's a fix for this cause some biomes are just completely submerged, biomes of plenty adds some "rare" biomes and these are mostly (if not completely) submerged in the ocean,
also I tested on 1.18.2, 1.19.2 and 1.20.6 (all with same seed as mentioned before), they all have the problem

We didn't catch this until our modpack has been running for a month and now we have a civil war on our hands on whether we should restart and keep Tectonic or keep Terralith. Does this happen with Vanilla biomes as well or just modded biomes?

the 1st image shows it happening to vanilla biomes
