Tectonic does not work with Terralith on modded fabric server

I have both mods (including deeper oceans, and some other unrelated mods..) installed on my apexhosting minecraft server.

However, as I am able to create worlds with both mods working just fine in singleplayer, It only works for Terralith when I create a new world for the multiplayer server. Tectonic world generation doesn't even work.

I tried toying with seeds, level type but nothing helped.

I am genuinely at my wit's end and in need of help.

More information needed than just that it "doesnt work". A mod list and screenshot of what isn't working would be very helpful.
