The proxy node configuration failed to take effect
Please check if there is a config.json file in the working directory, because ACross sends the configuration to stdin, but the default priority on v2ray-core is lower than the local file. So you need to delete the config.json or create a separate working directory for the application without any configuration files.

The software built by vcpkg and MSVC cannot add or update groups via the
tls1.3only subscription link.
