What happened

I get a repo corrupt message in my fluidd interface
I tried to do recovery, but it just fails

I also get errors in KIAUH telling me its not a valid repository

Presumably you were able to resolve this by now. If not you can refer to the documentation for details on how to manually recover a broken git repository.
