Description:

I would like to propose the addition of a new project focused on real-time object detection using the YOLOv5 model. This project aims to demonstrate the implementation of YOLOv5 for detecting multiple objects in real-time from video streams.

Key Features:

  • Real-Time Processing: Utilize webcam or video files for live object detection.
  • Easy Setup: Provide a clear setup guide and requirements.
  • Detailed Documentation: Include explanations of the code, model, and results.
  • Visualizations: Display bounding boxes and confidence scores on detected objects.

Motivation:

Real-time object detection is a fundamental task in computer vision with applications in surveillance, autonomous vehicles, and more. Adding this project will not only enhance the diversity of the repository but also provide practical insights into implementing state-of-the-art models.
