What is the latest MacOS version supported for running under m1n1?

Hello,

After playing enough with 12.4, wanted to give the latest ventura a try (macOS 13.3 RC 22E252); but all I see is a blank screen. What is the latest macOS version supported? Is it 13.2:

Tested 13.2.1; while booting is successful, pressing Ctrl+C ends up with panic:
