I am using WSL2. After correctly creating the conda environment, the error arose when I tried to install the requirements written in the requirements.txt file (cannot run setup.py egg_info). What could be the problem related to this issue?

Is it possible to use Dino-tracker in a system different from linux?

Could you please provide the full log and the error message when you're trying to install the dependencies?
