when i run the code, i get the error, No such file or directory: '../data/weather/weather.csv'. So how i should download the data? can you give some reference link?

Thanks for your interest! You can download the data from iTransformer's provided source.
iTransformer: https://github.com/thuml/iTransformer
The datasets can be obtained from Google Drive or Tsinghua Cloud.
