Set Create Date in HubSpot to something more relevant

Currently we set it to the date the automation creates the deal. But I feel like this doesn't actually reflect what HubSpot uses this field for, especially when it comes to reporting and when someone first imports a bunch of old data.

Proposed logic:

• If it is a trial without a transaction then lets set create date to the date of the trial starting
• If it is a trial that converts to a transaction then lets set it to the trial start date
• If it is a transaction without a trial then lets set the create date to the transaction date
