Is there a way I can see only the OTP items for a specific website? Ex. only show my GitHub OTPs if I'm on github.com

Sorry to say this but this issue/request/question seems quite unclear (and maybe it's also the reason why until now it has remained here with no other comment apart this one from my side, and I'm not involved with this app development ;-) ).
I'd suggest you to read again 'Authenticator Extension' description. To me main purpose of this app don't seem to have any correlation need to be in sync with any visited website. You can even run app while the only open tab you have is showing about:blank empty page.
P.S. But maybe I marginally understood (I hope...) that maybe you'd just like to have an easy way to let app show a minor number of all OTP account configurations already enabled (so both TOTP and/or HOTP since so far I'm even unsure app might be able to do any such distinction, I mean by evidencing somehow which one is TOTP rather than HOTP, but obviously I'm also seeing no real benefit to be able to show any such distinction...).
But if reducing number of displayed OTP accounts is just what you need, then why don't you just use '/' and search the OTP account you need. I just checked that 3 characters are enough to ensure only 1 OTP account gets displayed, and BTW in case of any redundancy (I mean if more than 1 OTP account should be displayed) than you can still do a manual edit to better differentiate which account issuer name you really need to evidence more ... or even less.

Hey brotha! What I meant by this is say you are on twitter.com when you open the authenticator extension have it only show items that match that url. Ex. only show your Twitter OTP rather than every OTP you have saved. I remember it worked like that at some point for me, but then I started importing OTP's differently and it stopped working like that. If you know how I could get it back that way I would like to know. Thanks!

On the website that you linked above, I believe it would be something related to Smart filtering and search

Ok, Rasinzz.
Thanks for your additional explanations, now what you meant is indeed clearer.
Unfortunately, since so far I only used last v6.3.3 (for MS Edge since I haven't checked if versions on other stores for Chrome or Firefox are the same) I'm unable to comment more about previous versions.
Nor if 'Smart filtering' feature, so far only generically mentioned in overview page, was/is really meant to work like you said and remember for past versions you used (and I guess only someone else from dev team might eventually jump in and really add something more definitive about this... 0:-D )
Anyway, the only thing I could think of, obviously if dev team really implemented Smart filtering like you said, so to also more easily show configured accounts list because displayed list contents can also remain in sync with current browsed page tab, is related to 'Allow access to file URLs' option setting that at least this add-on version for MS Edge has into own app details settings.
I tend to keep it disabled because add-on developers almost never tell end users how they use it, but if you too have this same extension/add-on version for MS Edge, then I suggest you to simply better at least check/ensure that 'Allow access to file URLs' setting (or otherwise which equivalent one could exist for Chrome or Firefox add-ons version) might still be enabled.
