Add an option to withdraw a salary instead of paying it out directly (per action). Players do not have to withdraw their salary directly, as it is kept for a certain period of time. A withdrawal function would be beneficial for servers with an item-based currency, or servers with the money split between cash (money that you have on you) and bank.
Add an option to set a maximum income per job in a given time frame. This function would encourage players to do other jobs as well, instead of always doing the same one. It also limits the flow of money slightly.
Add a one-time payment for joining a job instead of having to pay for it each time you switch. Instead of taking money from the player every time he changes jobs, it would make much more sense for the player to buy access to the job once. However, some kind of processing fee for the change is fine.
Add more menus, such as a confirmation menu, withdrawal menu, information menus even for jobs that you are not currently working in. This would significantly enhance the clarity of the system. Furthermore, money is not unnecessarily taken away from the player if he accidentally switches jobs.
I will soon fill this post with more suggestions.
Have a nice day! 💯

I think that you can just setup permissions and custom onetime fee.
