[Header] Rename title bar component

Right now, we have two Title components, one in the header that represents the blue title bar and another that represents a title inside the content of the page.
Package all exports the title bar as HeaderTitle but if we don't use the all package we have two components with the same name. It should harmonized.

The title component inside header should be named HeaderTitle.
