Crash reporting and telemetry

Batch Explorer collects usage data and sends it to Microsoft to help improve our products and services. Read Microsoft's privacy statement to learn more.

What is being reported

Here is a list of all events, metrics and data being uploaded:

• When the application starts
• When user turns off telemetry
• Various errors that are not caught in the application(Only the name and the sanitized stacktrace are uploaded)

How to disable crash reporting and telemetry

While Batch explorer is open on the title bar menu go to edit > Telemetry settings > Disable (restart required)

Important Notice: This option requires a restart of Batch Explorer to take effect.(Changing will restart automatically)
