AVD AIB CUSTOMIZER PHASE : Install language packs - Exception occurred

I added the built in script to install English (United Kingdom) language, but this step constantly fails. I have configured my Custom Image Template to use the Windows 11 23H2 Multi-Session + Microsoft 365 Apps - Gen 2 image and my Custom Image Template builds the image on my Virtual Network.

I have checked network connectivity from another Virtual Machine in the same VNet and I can download Language Packs as expected.

Because the Custom Image Template retries down download and install the Language Pack 5 times before moving on, Image builds take over an hour in total.
