How to use eTag for optimistic concurrency control when using CosmosBulkOperations？

When we planned to use CosmosBulkOperations for batch modifications, we found that eTag could not complete optimistic concurrency control. The following is our code snippet. Is there any error in our code, or does CosmosBulkOperations not support optimistic concurrency control? Thanks
