Expand the Nightly Core Test Matrix

Recently, and luckily, through the usage of "From Source" dependencies we were able to catch a few issues before releasing the Core libraries. Normally, downstream libraries wouldn't be using "From Source" dependencies of Core, therefore these issues would have normally gone undetected until after shipping. From this, the Core nightly testing matrix should be expanded to run a few key services, Storage and a few other will be determined, using "From Source" dependencies. This will provide the ability to have a wide breadth of scenarios testing, further ensuring the quality of releases.

• Identify key services to include.
• Add the services to the Core nightly test run as additional stages.
• Update stages to use "From Source" dependencies of Core libraries.
